    I would agree that no exercise guidelines are needed for little people less than six years old. Also, it's okay to have a little bit of sugar right after a muscle-building workout (such as a small sports drink) provided that you have also had some fast digesting protein (such as a whey protein shake). Forget about the traditional three big meals each day and eat smaller meals five of six times muscle building a day. They key here is balance, you need to devise a work-out schedule that offers the right mix and ratio of cardio to weight exercises.
